The guys from GuysGlory will also never ask you for your full credit card details or Paypal login details.

For your own security, please do not give this information to anyone and do not click on links inside emails purporting to be from Paypal or GuysGlory. PayPal does not only offer you a secure and fast payment solution, but also allows you to send money almost anywhere in the world in seconds.

We always try to make shopping with us as convenient as possible for you. Therefore we have installed various payment methods to make your shopping experience smooth and more importantly.. SAFE!

Our payment gateway partners make sure that your payment data is secured and encrypted from start-till-end, and make your payments successful without any hickups.

Currently we support payments made through:
– All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
– Popular online banking payment systems iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC

Although we prefer payments made through the proven systems mentioned above, as a pilot experiment we do also offer to accept payments made with Bitcoin for those who are feeling frisky to try this out.

Sure, this is definitely possible. Let’s say you’ll buy 6 pieces of the same item, you will obtain a 5% discount for that item. If you order 12 pieces you’ll receive 8% off the regular sales price. If you are interested in purchasing more than 12 pieces, we are be happy to provide you with a more fitting quote. Please contact us personally on contact@guysglory.com and provide us the following information:

– The product(s) that you are interested in
– Specify as detailed as possible (which color, size, design, other)
– The exact order quantity for each product
– Preferred speed of delivery (Standard, Priority or Express)

We will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save. Depending on the amount, and if on stock at that moment, we will decide together to ship it all in once or the break down to the total in smaller shipments.

We ship your order to most countries around the world. The majority of our products are sent from Asia by standard air post, and delivered directly to your door.

In case you prefer premium or express shipping, the amount of available countries might be reduced due to local shipment restrictions.

What can I expect regarding customs and import duties?2018-02-20T14:01:18+01:00
Generally when you place an order on GuysGlory.com, you place an order to import goods to your country. Therefor, the parcel will be inspected by your local customs office. This inspection might delay the shipment to your door, depending on the value and type of the product. Normally this inspection is done quickly and without any extra hastle for smaller value items. For bigger and more valuable items this might cause additional taxes for you to fullfill to your customs office.

There’s usually no significant delay because:

  1. Guys Glory provides the necessary documents and administration for your shipment.
  2. The process of customs clearance is usually handled completely by the delivery company (like FexEd, UPS, DHL etc).
  3. If there is any duty (import tax) or other charges to pay, often the courier will usually pay this first and after delivering the products to you, you reimburse them those costs after. This process might differ between companies.
  4. We track almost all of our deliveries. In the event that an order is delayed in customs or experiencing other issues, please feel free to contact us and we will contact the shipping agent on your behalf.

Customs Liability

  1. If, for any reason, the products cannot be delivered to you due to a customs problem, we will discuss with you case by case about how best to handle the issue(s).
  2. If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility. For example, if you decided to try to import an prohibited item or technology that is considered illegal or restricted due to local laws in the delivery destination country, that is your responsibility to know about before you order from us. If the delivery failed for that reason, we cannot offer any compensation, because as the importer it’s your job to know about the local regulations. Another situation in which you must accept liability is where your country requires you to have a licence to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know about this before you place an order on Guys Glory, and in the case of a failed delivery, we cannot offer any compensation.
  3. As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to yourself. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees are your responsibility as described in our terms and conditions. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to your customs offices’ communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.
What if the product is damaged or broken on arrival?2017-11-22T13:34:23+01:00
In case the product is faulty on arrival, you are protected under the GuysGlory warranty according to our T&C and Returns Policy.

  1. Please document (photo/video) the condition in which the package has arrived. Capture broken seals/visible external damage on the packaging in case applicable. Do the same for the product/part of damage. To make the decision process faster and serve you in the best way possible, please make sure to:
    • Take the photos/video of the damage from as close as possible for best detail, as well as an overall shot where the damage/faulty part is visible.
    • For best inspection and capture of detail, send pictures larger than 1000px*1500px (max 500kb) or video larger than 1024px x 576px
    • Please verify the footage by holding a piece of paper next to it with; the date of placing the order, date of arrival of the item and your name written on it, clearly visible.
  2. All return cases are handled under our Returns Policy: please consult our customer support (contact@guysglory.com) and do not send back any products without receiving an assigned case number from us.
  3. Under the Terms and Conditions, customers are responsible to cover the cost of shipping to return products with authorized case number back to GuysGlory. When receiving the returned product back at our warehouse and after determining that the item was returned for a legit reason, we offer you the option for a full product refund or a replacement of the exact same product. Depending on the situation we might offer additional compensation to acknowledge your trouble. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Yes and no.

Yes, you can return a product within 7 days after arrival at your address. As a service for your full satisfaction we won’t ask you for a reason why you want to return it. Additional cost for the return shipment will however not be refunded and is for your own responsibility.
After receiving the package back in our warehouse in its original unopened condition, undamaged and unworn, we will make the full refund using your initial payment method.

No, certain products are excluded for us to accept for returns without a well-founded reason. Because of personal hygienic reasons we can not accept (worn) clothing without original labels attached, unpacked sleeping bags and unpacked headphones/earphones.
We can only accept these items in case of an acceptable complaint according to our Terms and Conditions and Return Policy.
